Job Title: Technical Intern – Silicon Design & Verification (DDR and HBM PHYs)

Role Summary:
As a Technical Intern in the Silicon Design & Verification team, you will be involved in building high-performance silicon chips for next-generation processes. You will focus on DDR and HBM PHYs for ASICs and SOCs, contributing to various stages of the RTL-2-GDS II flow, including synthesis, design for test, and physical design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Silicon Chip Design: Contribute to the implementation of DDR and HBM PHYs for customer ASICs and SOCs.
- RTL-2-GDS II Flow: Work across the flow, including synthesis, design for test, Scan, ATPG, and physical design.
- Learning & Contribution: Learn about advanced silicon chip design techniques while contributing to complex aspects of the project.
- Debugging & Problem-Solving: Provide debugging information, suggest potential solutions, and contribute to problem-solving efforts.
- Collaborative Work: Work collaboratively with senior engineers and regularly update your manager on project status.
- Networking & Learning: Network with internal and external teams to learn and discuss technical aspects of chip design.
Requirements:
- Education: Engineering graduates/postgraduates in Electronics/VLSI.
- Technical Understanding: Strong technical background and a desire to learn about chip design and verification.
- Tools & Technologies: Familiarity with state-of-the-art CAD tools (DC, FC, Tetramax, VCS, PT) and technologies like FinFet is an added advantage.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting and finding solutions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with the team.
- Collaboration: Ability to work in a self-supporting and collaborative team environment.
