Job Description:
Motorola Solutions is seeking a Salesforce Developer Intern to join their Digital Experiences and Architecture: Customer Support IT Engineering team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience with Salesforce technologies and contribute to solutions supporting Customer Care Agents, Customer Success Managers, and Business Partners.
You will:
- Collaborate with product managers, software developers, and architects to design and build Salesforce solutions.
- Work with Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, ChatBot, and AI to develop features.
- Develop with Salesforce’s native tools like APEX, LWC, SOQL, and APIs.
- Participate in technical design sessions and document features and specifications.
- Follow Agile methodology and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate to design and implement solutions using Salesforce products.
- Configure and build apps using APEX, LWC, flows, and APIs.
- Contribute to the documentation of technical specifications and process flows.
- Participate in sprint cycles and adhere to best practices.
- Continuously improve product quality and innovation.
Basic Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program, graduating in 2025, or a recent graduate.
- Coursework or background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
- Basic programming skills in Java, Python, C#, or similar languages.
- Familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Understanding of Salesforce features like account management, flows, process builder, and reports.
- Familiarity with building solutions using APEX, LWC, flows, and triggers is a plus.
- Good communication skills to work with engineers, product owners, and business partners.
