Position Overview: Management Trainee – Invoice to Cash (Collections)
As a Management Trainee in Collections, you will support the “Order to Cash” process by managing collections on past-due invoices and resolving payment disputes. This role focuses on enhancing customer experience, reducing overdue accounts, and contributing to process improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Manage collections on past-due invoices and invalid deductions through emails and calls.
- Handle queries related to disputed invoices via phone and email.
- Investigate disputes and deductions using SAP ERP, and coordinate with internal departments for resolution.
- Identify areas for process improvement and recommend automation solutions.
- Track past-due accounts and implement strategies to minimize outstanding balances.
- Assist with ad hoc requests and maintain quality service by resolving internal and external queries.
- Escalate critical issues to senior staff when necessary.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High energy and proactive approach
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in Order to Cash (OTC) and SAP ERP, especially in collections management
- Good customer handling and interpersonal skills
