Role and Responsibilities:
As a Process Associate, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for employees with inquiries about learning and development programs.
- Assisting employees with password resets and related IT support.
- Efficiently managing and dispatching work queues to ensure smooth operations.
- Responding to employee queries by applying a thorough understanding of HR policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
- Contributing to ongoing HR and training-related projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications and Skills:
To be considered for this role, you should meet the following qualifications and skills:
- Education: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any field is preferred.
- Experience: 0-1 years of experience in learning administration, customer relationship management, or a similar business administration role.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, MS Word, and Google Suite (GSuite).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Prior experience in training or presentations is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with working in a client-facing and fast-paced environment will be beneficial.
