Job Title: Engineering Lab Research Associate (1-Year Contract)
Role Description:
This position involves supporting lab trials, experiments, and simulations to replicate real-world conditions. The Research Associate will conduct literature reviews, summarize findings, and work closely with the project leader and team members to advance project goals.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Lab Trials & Experiments: Participate in lab trials, understand practical phenomena, and accurately simulate actual conditions.
Literature Review: Conduct comprehensive literature surveys for ongoing projects and compile summaries to support the project leader.
Technical Problem-Solving: Apply problem-solving skills to address technical challenges in lab and simulation tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1. Non-Destructive Testing: Basic knowledge and understanding are essential.
2. MATLAB & SolidWorks: Proficiency in coding with MATLAB and using SolidWorks for simulation and modeling.
3. Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively as a team member with proactive task completion.
4. Communication Skills: Competent in English for reading, understanding literature, and preparing technical reports.
5. Technical Background:
Education: ME/MQ, B.Tech/B.E, M.Tech, or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering.
Experience: 0-5 years of relevant experience preferred.
